The listing contains the names of Participating Dentists for the self-insured plans administered by Redwood Health Services.
A person eligible for benefits may select the services of any licensed dentist. However, if the dentist visited is a Participating Provider of Redwood Health Service’s network, they have submitted their fees and have been approved for 100% reimbursement, less applicable copayments, or deductibles.
If you select a Non-participating Dentist, the administrator will pay allowable charges on an average fee schedule following the provisions of your program, as outlined in your Plan Summary. If there is a balance due, however, it is your responsibility.
